The Morning Workout Routine to help you get shredded! This workout can be done without a gym or weights.

 

 

 

I repeat these series of workouts 3 times with the best of my ability especially while sprinting is when I get the biggest adrenaline boost because I like to compete with myself. This is what these HITT Workouts are for, to push every single person to a level they have never experienced. Each Time going with the best of your capabilities! You are the only one that knows if you are cheating yourself from max effort.
